Why I made it: I wanted to keep up the trend of another Final Fantasy III costume for NDK, so I chose a simple and cute job class of Ingus’s. To my surprise, Yunie and Shauna agreed to be Warriors of Light team, so I had a lot of motivation to make it look great despite its simplicity.

Construction: It became my pink walking disaster. I tried to stay fairly simple, but chose heavy and textured cottons, similar to what I thought FF characters would wear in the game. The pink shirt was made with linen and backed in fleece to keep me warm, and keep the shirt rigid. The hoodie and ears were my biggest challenge, drafted by myself out of a thick linen-like cotton, but completely makes the costume. The red boots are stockings I made out of fleece that I wear over slippers or socks, and while I forgot to wear his belt, I think it came together pretty nicely.  The wig was recycled from my first Ingus costume, and I made a new gem since I thought I had lost the first one.

Personal thoughts: Other than looking like a cheap pink imitation of Santa Claus, it was a riot to wear with my Luneth (Yunie) and Refia (Shauna)!
